My Profile

My Profile Overview

The My Profile feature of Room Choice allows users to manage reservations, make payments, message management, see roommates and more. This article is a general overview of tabs and features found in My Profile. You will see your profile after login. If you are completing a reservation you can exit the reservation by selecting the My Profile menu option. 

Home. 

Each section of the profile allows users to complete the various task. The sections are grouped for simplicity. 

Logout.

Important alerts are shown on the top right. Click on the number display to see more details about the alerts. You will also want to logout in the top right to control access to your account information. 

Profile Image.

Upload your profile image by clicking on the image space.  You can change or replace your profile image the same way. Simply click on your image and upload a new file. 

Reservations.

The Reservations section has a few sub-tabs or additional sections. Here you can start a new reservation, review the status of open reservations, invite friends and see your contracting documents, house rules, and other documents. 

Payments. 

Payments is where you can set up Autopay, Review Payment Methods, Make a Payment and view your account Charges & Payments. 

Friends. 

The friend's section will help you see roommates, invited friends and new friends. If you have more than one room or reservation select the agreement period to see roommates and friends connected to that reservation. 

Messages.

Messages is an inbox and email system to communicate with the property. In-app messages will be displayed here. Users can also compose messages to the property from this view. 

Settings.

Users can update their login email and password under settings. Changing these settings will require a logout. Simply select the email or password you would like to change and make the adjustments.
