Manage Your Payment Methods
A payment method is what you use to pay online. For example, you could pay with a credit card, bank account, or other methods, depending on your country and currency.
This article will show you how to add, remove, or update an existing payment method in your account. The options shown in these steps don't include some payment methods that are only available in certain areas.
Add a new payment method
Before any payment can be made you'll first need to add a payment method. Under Payment Information select your desired payment method.
Add a Credit Card.
Credit Cards allow instant verification and payments.
- To add a credit card select the credit card option and complete the required inputs.
Add a Bank Account.
A growing number of banks we work with allow you to add your account by quickly verifying your account credentials. This is also an instant verification and payment method.
- To add a bank account select the bank account options from the list of payment methods (https://plaid.com/assets/video/how-it-works.webm is a video that shows this workflow)
- Search for and select your bank. If you bank is not included in this list please add your bank using ACH.
- Log in to your bank just as you would to check your account balance. Use your same User ID and Password to authorize the bank account as a payment method.
Remove, or update an existing payment method in your account
You can review your payment methods under your profile. Room Choice does not allow you to update an existing payment method. You can add a new account and remove an old.
- Select the Payments section of your profile.
- Select the Payment Methods section. Here you can add or remove payment methods. To remove a linked payment method select the remove options. To add a new payment method select the add option.
