My Room and Bed Selection
Selecting an Available Bed
During your reservation, you will be asked to select an available bed. This is a lot like airline seat selection and gives you control of your room request. Take time to review your options, find an old friend or make new ones.
1. Find a Bed! Buildings and floors with available rooms and beds will show in blue. To help you quickly see where they are located you can see a count of available beds for your load a building or floor. Many properties divide users by gender and you will be limited to beds that are available based on both property and personal settings.
2. Unavailable beds are shown in gray. Property settings may allow detail on who has claimed the unavailable bed space as you are looking for roommates. The displayed information is part of your public profile.
3. When you select an available bed you'll be asked to confirm the room and bed charges. Most housing locations will have a combination of required and optional services. Required charges are typically your security deposit and rent amounts and optional services like a parking pass or meal plan are shown here as well.
4. Invite your friends. After you have selected your room and bed you are invited to add friends. Reserving a room for a friend helps ensure you have the room and roommate you want. Remember with real-time bed selection beds are going fast.
