Start a New Reservation

Start a New Reservation or Renewal

You can start a new reservation as a new user or as an active user.  In this article, we'll go through a few of the most common scenarios. Start all reservations on the website home page our your reservations tab. 

1. Select the start a new reservation button on your reservations tab of your profile. Note: All reservations will show in this view. If you want to continue with an incomplete reservation you will do so on this view by using the actions column instead of starting a new reservation. 

2. Select the property for your new reservations.  Many companies support more than one property so select your desired location and continue. 

3. Select your lease period.  A lease period is a time or housing period for your new reservation. Review the name and dates to ensure you've selected the correct lease period. 

4. You will now be in the guided reservation workflow for your requested property and leasing period! Follow the steps to continue with your reservation. 

5. You can make changes to your reservation, property, and lease or housing period before you submit your final request. To make changes to your reservation select the settings icon in the top right while inside an active reservation.
