If you forget your Room Choice username or password, reset your account credentials to regain access to your account.
In this article, you'll learn how to recover your username or reset your password associated with your account.
Reset Password
- Navigate to the Room Choice login screen.
- Click Forgot Password?.
- Enter your email and click Send.
We'll send an email with instructions on how to reset your password to the email address associated with the email you entered in the contact information for your account. If you don't receive this email within an hour or two, check your junk or spam folder.
Note
We do not store password information on the site where it can be accessed, so we cannot give you the existing password on your account.
